1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team. Here's what you need to know about cancellation:

  • When you cancel, you will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of your current billing period.
  • Tokens in your wallet may not be refunded, depending on your plan and usage. We do not provide refunds for used tokens.
  • After cancellation, your account will revert to the free tier, and you will retain any unused tokens, subject to our terms.
  • To cancel your subscription, log in to your account, go to "Settings" > "Billing" and click on "Cancel Subscription".

2. Refund Policy

PersonaCraft strives to provide high-quality services. Our refund policy is as follows:

Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscription plans:

  • We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 7 days, you may request a refund for the paid amount. Tokens already used during this period may not be refunded.
  • After the first 7 days, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable.

Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscription plans:

  • We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 14 days, you may request a full refund. Tokens used in the first 14 days may be deducted from the refund.
  • After the first 14 days, annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund, subject to usage.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Contact our customer support team at support@personacraft.app with your account details and reason for the refund request.
  • Include your order number or the email address associated with your account.
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Refunds for tokens will be processed on a case-by-case basis, depending on your usage and subscription type.

4. Exceptions

The following situations may qualify for refunds or adjustments:

  • Service outages lasting longer than 24 hours.
  • Incorrect charges or accidental renewals that were not authorized by the account holder.
  • Refund requests made within the applicable period as per your plan type.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Tokens already spent on generating personas or accessing premium features.
  • One-time purchases or additional credits after they have been delivered or accessed.
  • Subscription charges that have already been paid for a given billing cycle.
